Terms of Use

Last updated:

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tesakan, a free study aid for the Republic of Armenia driving-theory exam, offered as a web app and a Telegram bot. By using Tesakan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Tesakan is

Tesakan is an independent educational tool to help you practice for the theory exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Police of the Republic of Armenia or any government body, and it is not the official exam.

Accounts

You may use Tesakan as a guest or by signing in with Telegram. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest accounts are temporary and their progress may be lost; sign in to keep it.

Acceptable use

Use Tesakan for personal, non-commercial study. Do not scrape, bulk download, copy, resell or redistribute the content; do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Content & exports

Original explanations, design and software are the property of Tesakan. Official exam questions, road signs and traffic rules belong to their respective sources and the state. Materials you generate, such as PDF exam sheets, are for your own personal study use only.

No warranty

Tesakan is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it is error-free or current, and it is not a substitute for the official rules, materials or exam. You rely on it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesakan and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any outcome of your exam, arising from your use of the service.

Changes & governing law

We may update the service or these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. For questions, contact the project maintainer.
