At what point is it allowed to start overtaking in this situation? — Tesakan

At what point is it allowed to start overtaking in this situation?

Overtaking is prohibited on the railway crossing itself and up to 100 meters before it, so once you have passed the crossing, it is already allowed.

The rules prohibit overtaking on railway crossings themselves and less than 100 meters before them (clause 77). The restriction ends as soon as you have passed the crossing, which means you have the right to start overtaking right after passing it. The 100-meter ban applies only to approaching the crossing.

Option 1. Overtaking on the railway crossing itself is directly prohibited.
Option 3. The ban on overtaking within 100 meters applies only before the crossing, not after it.
