Is it permitted for pedestrians to travel on a road marked "motorway"? — Tesakan

Is it permitted for pedestrians to travel on a road marked "motorway"?

On motorways, pedestrian movement is prohibited, whatever the direction of movement.

Under the traffic rules, pedestrian movement is strictly prohibited on roads marked as a motorway (clause 116). These roads are meant only for high-speed traffic of motor vehicles, which makes the presence of pedestrians extremely dangerous.

Option 2. The rules clearly prohibit pedestrians from entering motorways, whether they move against the flow of traffic or not.
Option 3. On motorways there are no exceptions for pedestrians, even when they move with the flow of vehicles.
