Is a long-distance bus driver allowed to overtake a motorcycle traveling at 70 km/h? — Tesakan

Is a long-distance bus driver allowed to overtake a motorcycle traveling at 70 km/h?

Although the sign prohibiting overtaking by trucks does not apply to buses, there is an intersection ahead, where overtaking is prohibited.

Sign 3.22 does not apply to buses, and the motorcycle is moving at 70 km/h, below the permitted limit, so neither the sign nor the speed prohibits overtaking. However, sign 2.3.3 warns of an intersection ahead, and under clause 77 overtaking at an intersection is strictly prohibited. So the bus driver does not have the right to overtake.

Option 2. It assumes overtaking is allowed because the sign does not apply to buses, and ignores the strict ban on overtaking at intersections.

The vehicle's emergency lights must be on:Is the driver of a red car allowed to overtake in this situation?
