At what speed can a bus driver continue driving in the lane marked by this sign? — Tesakan

At what speed can a bus driver continue driving in the lane marked by this sign?

The blue sign on the right marks the end of the populated area, so you are outside a populated area. Outside a populated area, the minibus shown is allowed up to 90 km/h, and the upper sign with the lane plate requires you to drive at 60 or more.

The blue round sign 4.6 is «Minimum speed limit», and the 8.14 plate with a downward arrow shows that it applies only to the lane directly below it. This means you must drive in the left lane at no less than 60 km/h. In addition, the 5.26 «End of populated area» sign on the right shows that you are outside a populated area. Under the Rules, outside populated areas the maximum permitted speed for minibuses (like the one shown) is 90 km/h (clause 69). So the permitted speed range in this lane is 60 to 90 km/h.
