At what maximum speed is the traffic allowed when towing by mechanical vehicles? — Tesakan

At what maximum speed is the traffic allowed when towing by mechanical vehicles?

On all roads, the maximum speed when towing a motor vehicle is 50 km/h.

When towing motor vehicles, the maximum permitted speed is 50 km/h (clause 71). This limit must be strictly observed to keep towing safe.

Option 1. The maximum speed allowed for towing is 50 km/h, not 30 km/h.
Option 2. The towing speed limit is 50 km/h, so 40 km/h as the maximum speed is wrong.
Option 4. 60 km/h is the general speed set for populated areas, and it exceeds the 50 km/h allowed for towing.
Option 5. 70 km/h exceeds the legal maximum of 50 km/h set for towing.

Is the driver of an intercity bus allowed to exceed the speed of 70 km/h outside populated areas? In what cases is towing prohibited?
