When towing on a rigid or flexible coupling, it is prohibited to carry people in the body of the rear, towed truck, so of the two bodies it is allowed only in the body of the front, towing truck. In the Armenian original, option 2 says “towed”, not “towing”.
When towing on a rigid or flexible coupling, the Rules prohibit carrying people in the body of the towed truck (clause 139). Therefore, carrying people is allowed only in the body of the towing vehicle, provided the general requirements for carrying people are met.
Option 1. Carrying people in the body of the towed truck while towing is strictly prohibited.
Option 2. In the Armenian original this option says “only in the body of the towed vehicle”, which is exactly the other way round: carrying people is prohibited precisely in the towed vehicle.
Option 4. The restriction applies only to the towed vehicle; in the towing vehicle it is allowed.
