Are buses allowed to park in residential areas and yard areas? — Tesakan

Are buses allowed to park in residential areas and yard areas?

In residential areas and yard areas, parking of buses (except minibuses) with a maximum permissible weight over 3.5 tonnes is prohibited outside places designated for this purpose and marked out with signs or road markings.

Under clauses 121 and 122, in residential areas and yard areas, parking of trucks and buses (except minibuses) with a maximum permissible weight over 3.5 tonnes is prohibited, except in specially designated places. Therefore, such buses may park in these areas only in places designated for this purpose and marked with road markings or signs.

Option 1. It is not prohibited entirely, because parking is allowed in specially designated and marked places.
Option 3. In these areas, buses cannot park freely just anywhere: it is allowed only in designated places.

Does the prohibition sign affect the part of the road where the driver parked? Is it allowed to stop at the mentioned location?
