Which vehicles are allowed to drive in the right lane of the roadway? — Tesakan

Which vehicles are allowed to drive in the right lane of the roadway?

Only public transport vehicles may drive in the right lane with the “A” marking. The lane is separated by a solid line, so others may not enter it even to turn or to drop off a passenger.

The letter “A” on the road is marking 1.23.1, meant for public transport vehicles (route vehicles). The Rules prohibit other vehicles from driving in this lane (clause 124), so only route vehicles may use it all the time. Other drivers may enter this lane only when it is separated by a broken line (marking 1.5): when joining the road (on condition of moving over to the next lane at once), to drop off or pick up passengers, and to turn off this road. Here the lane is separated by a solid line.

Option 1. Ordinary motor vehicles are prohibited from driving in the public transport lane.
Option 2. Under the Armenian rules, taxis are not an exception and may not drive in this lane.
Option 3. Bicycles are also prohibited from riding in the lane meant for public transport vehicles.

Is the tourist bus driver allowed to drive in the "A" lane?Where is it permitted to stop?
