The blue square sign tells you this is a one-way road (5.5). In populated areas, stopping on such roads is allowed on both the right and the left side (clause 79). However, stopping is prohibited on pedestrian crossings and less than 5 meters before them (clause 84). Positions Ա and Գ are right before the crossing, so stopping there is prohibited. Position Բ is after the crossing, which is allowed. The point of the rule is that cars stopped before a crossing hide pedestrians from approaching drivers, while a car stopped after it does not.
Option 2. Position Գ is right before the pedestrian crossing, where stopping is strictly prohibited. Option 3. Both Ա and Գ are before the pedestrian crossing, so stopping is allowed at neither of them. Option 4. Stopping is not allowed in every case, because at positions Ա and Գ it unlawfully blocks the view of the crossing.
