Is it permitted to drive onto a guide island marked with wide white lines? — Tesakan

Is it permitted to drive onto a guide island marked with wide white lines?

Crossing the solid line that outlines the guide island is prohibited for any purpose.

There is a guide island on the road, marked with wide white lines (marking 1.16.2), which serves to separate traffic flows going in the same direction. Such islands are outlined with solid white lines (marking 1.1). Since crossing a solid line is strictly prohibited, you never have the right, for any purpose, to drive onto a guide island, stop on it or cross it.

Option 1. Stopping on a guide island is prohibited, because to get there you would have to cross the solid lines that outline it.
Option 2. Driving onto a guide island in reverse is prohibited too, because the solid outlines must not be crossed during any maneuver.
