When passing straight the intersection, you are required to give way to — Tesakan

When passing straight the intersection, you are required to give way to

According to the give-way sign and the direction plate, you are on the secondary road, so you give way to both the truck and the passenger car travelling on the main road.

You are approaching an intersection with the “Give way” sign (2.4) and the “Direction of the main road” plate (8.13). The thick line on the plate shows that the main road runs from straight ahead and turns to the right. Since you are on a secondary road, you must give way to all vehicles travelling on the main road (clause 96). Both the oncoming passenger car and the truck on your right are on the main road, so you must give way to both.

Option 1. You must also give way to the passenger car, because it is also on the main road.
Option 2. You must also give way to the truck, because it is also on the main road.
