Within the area of which signs do the traffic rules for built-up areas not apply? — Tesakan

Within the area of which signs do the traffic rules for built-up areas not apply?

Unlike signs Ա and Բ on a white background, with sign Գ on a blue background the traffic rules for populated areas do not apply.

All three signs mark the beginning of a populated area, but they differ in background color. With signs Ա (5.23.1) and Բ (5.23.2) on a white background, the traffic rules for populated areas come into force on that road (for example, the 60 km/h speed limit). Sign Գ (5.25) on a blue background also marks the beginning of a populated area, but on that road the traffic rules for populated areas do not apply. Therefore only Գ fits the question.

Option 1. Sign Ա has a white background, which means that the traffic rules for populated areas apply there.
Option 3. Sign Բ has a white background and requires you to follow the rules for populated areas, so it does not fit the question.

Is it possible to park in the mentioned place on odd days of the month? The effect of which signs applies only to the lane above which they are installed?
