The
4.1.2 sign requires you to turn right at this intersection. Under the Rules, when turning right you must drive the vehicle as close as possible to the right edge of the roadway (clause 41). Path Ա follows the right edge correctly, while path Բ goes around the dividing strip and ends the turn far from the right edge, on the roadway beyond the strip. Keeping close to the right edge keeps you from ending up in the oncoming lane or creating danger for other cars.
Option 2. Path Բ goes around the dividing strip and away from the right edge, breaking the rule to turn as close as possible to the right edge.
Option 3. You cannot pick both paths, because the Rules strictly require you to stay as close as possible to the right edge when turning right.
