In what direction is a passenger driver allowed to drive in this situation? — Tesakan

In what direction is a passenger driver allowed to drive in this situation?

The plate showing a truck means that the requirement to go only straight applies only to trucks, so you may drive in any direction.

The “Proceed straight” sign 4.1.1 is placed together with the “Type of vehicle” plate 8.4.1, which means that the requirement to go only straight applies only to trucks with a maximum permissible weight of more than 3.5 tons. Since you are driving a passenger car, this restriction does not apply to you, and you may drive in any possible direction.

Option 1. This restriction applies only to heavy trucks, not to the passenger car you are driving.
Option 2. Passenger cars are fully exempt from the requirements of this sign, so a left turn and a U-turn are also allowed.
