Must the bus driver on the established route give way in this situation? — Tesakan

Must the bus driver on the established route give way in this situation?

Outside intersections, a tram crossing the road has the advantage. The bus gives way even if it is going straight in its special lane.

Outside intersections, where tram tracks cross the roadway, a tram has the advantage over non-rail vehicles (clause 123). Although the bus is going straight in the special lane intended for public transport vehicles (the “A” marking 1.23.1), it must still give way to the tram crossing the road. The only exception is a tram leaving the depot, which does not apply here.

Option 2. Outside intersections, a tram crossing the roadway has the advantage, so the bus must give way.
Option 3. Going straight does not free the driver from the duty to give way to a tram crossing the roadway.
