The drivers of which vehicles violated the requirements of the road sign? — Tesakan

The drivers of which vehicles violated the requirements of the road sign?

The sign bans all motor vehicles, not just the car drawn on it. Motorcycles are motor vehicles too, so all three drivers broke it.

Sign 3.3 “No Motor Vehicles” prohibits the entry of all motor vehicles. Under Article 2 of the Law, a motor vehicle is a vehicle set in motion by an engine, except vehicles whose engine capacity does not exceed 50 cubic centimeters. Since the passenger car, the motorcycle with a sidecar and the motorcycle without a sidecar all count as motor vehicles, all the drivers shown have violated the requirement of the sign.

Option 1. Motorcycles are indeed motor vehicles, but the car is one too, and it also broke the rule.
Option 2. The motorcycle without a sidecar is also a motor vehicle, so it also violated the requirement of the sign.
Option 3. Motorcycles are also classed as motor vehicles and are prohibited by this sign.
