What will you do when making a left or reverse outside the intersection? — Tesakan

What will you do when making a left or reverse outside the intersection?

When turning left or making a U-turn outside an intersection, besides oncoming vehicles you also give way to trams traveling in the same direction.

Under the Rules (clause 44), when turning left or making a U-turn outside an intersection, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way not only to oncoming vehicles but also to trams traveling in the same direction.

Option 1. This option is incomplete, because it does not mention the requirement to give way to trams traveling in the same direction too.

Is it allowed to approach the passenger with reverse? Is reverse allowed in this situation?
