You can ask us to delete your Tesakan account and your personal data at any time. This page explains how to make the request and what happens next. Tesakan is a free study aid for the Republic of Armenia driving-theory exam, available as a web app and a Telegram bot.

To request deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”. So we can find and verify your account, please send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your Telegram username or user ID in the message.
What we delete and what we keep
Once we verify the request, we permanently delete your account and your personal data — your profile, login identity, quiz history and answers, pinned questions, progress and in-app settings. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
The one exception is the reports and feedback you sent us — for example when you flagged a problem with a question or explanation. These are not deleted but unlinked from your account, so they can no longer identify you, and kept only so we can keep improving the questions and explanations for everyone.
If you would like those anonymized reports removed as well, just say so in your email and we will delete them too.
When it happens
We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm once your data has been removed. Any copies kept in routine backups are purged on their normal rotation.
